Job Description
It is required for the MSR to have a strong knowledge of the retail fashion industry, demonstrate flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of the business, and be self motivated to achieve results. In addition, the MSR must possess excellent verbal communication skills, listening skills, and the ability to work independently in a single coverage environment with the highest levels of integrity. The MSR is expected to be detail oriented and able to perform tasks simultaneously to produce results.
Experience and Requirements
· Prior retail and/or service/selling experience required
· High School diploma or equivalent
· High School math and reading comprehension proficiency
· Proficient in the English language
· Ability to operate computer and/or cash register
· Ability, in some locations, to travel (providing own means of personal or public transportation) to remote location at partner store
· Adhere to attendance/schedule requirements
Job Description
· Develop and maintain a professional relationship with leased partner; communicate successes and opportunities to Base Store Manager; maintain professional level of communication.
· Execute and maintain all visual and marketing directives to Company and/or leased partner standards; ensure all weekly promotional sign changes are executed timely.
· Comply with all Company and leased partner policies and procedures, inclusive of adhering to proper schedule.
· Demonstrate good safety practices in the department when performing all functions of the job. Support and adhere to all safety practices as communicated in the safety videos and safety assessment; address any concerns with business partners.
· Complete all transfers, price changes, damages, and markdowns by effective date.
· Demonstrate the ability to generate sales and build business by ensuring all activities are completed within the allotted timeframe.
· Act in a manner that meets the highest standards of ethical behavior; this includes the obligation to avoid any actual or apparent conflicts of interest in any personal or professional relationships; avoid any actions for the sake of personal gain, personal advantage, or perceived business advantage.
Physical Demands and Requirements
· Able to climb ladder 6-12 feet
· Ability to be mobile in a store including standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and/or twisting, for up to eight hours
· Simple grasping, pushing, lifting, and/or carrying things that weigh up to 30 pounds
· Ability to work alone

In addition, Sales Associates must possess excellent verbal communication skills, listening skills, and the ability to in a team centered environment with the highest levels of integrity. Sales associates are expected to be detail oriented and able to perform tasks simultaneously to produce results.
Experience and Requirements
· Prior service/selling experience, or exposure to dealing with the public required; prior retail experience preferred
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Proficient in the English language
· Ability to operate computer and/or cash register
· Flexible work schedule
· Prior credit card sales experience preferred
Job Description
· Develop and maintain positive relations with clients, meeting and exceeding their expectations
· Demonstrate expertise at fitting room selling, building sales in the fitting room, and incorporating product knowledge in outfit selling
· Demonstrate sales techniques and knowledge of industry fashion trends, the competition, and the local market
· Understand the seasonal color and fashion trends, design and inspiration, fit, sizing, and quality of our merchandise assortment. Participate in all product knowledge training sessions.
· Demonstrate the ability to generate sales and build repeat business by utilizing your client book (High End only)
· Effectively uses headset to communicate with team and management (DMAT only)
· Assist in executing and maintaining all visual and marketing directives to Company standard; place goods on the selling floor as directed
· Ensure the highest standards of visual presentation; the store is neat, clean and organized at all times
· Comply with all Company and leased partner policies and procedures, inclusive of adhering to proper schedule.
· Demonstrate good safety practices in the department when performing all functions of the job. Support and adhere to all safety practices as communicated in the safety videos and safety assessment; address any concerns with business partners.
· Assist in meeting shrink requirements, operational audits, and store business plan objectives.
