A citywide mask mandate has been issued and signed by Mayor Mitch Colvin to go into effect Friday, August 20, 2021, at 5 pm.

As such, Cross Creek Mall will require all visitors and employees to wear a mask when they're in contact with people who aren't from their households in public and private indoor spaces.

The health and well-being of our customers, employees, retail partners, and the communities we serve is always a top priority.

Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing all high-traffic common areas with an enhanced focus on all touch points, and placing hand sanitizer units throughout the property.

Additionally, we're utilizing OmniShield™ hospital-grade antimicrobial protection on common area tables, seats, doors and surfaces to disinfect and provide durable, long term protection that kills and inhibits the growth of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms.

OmniShield™ is a safe, non-toxic, and EPA-registered product that helps keep surfaces sanitized longer, and has been approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19.
